Since the booking, we received excellent communication regarding the bookings and so on. On arrival we were greeted with kindness and hospitality.
The cottage is very private and spacious inside, there is a small patio with a braai and enough kitchenware to get by.
In terms of entertainment, there's a few board games, books etc to keep yourself busy and great access to a beautiful around the outskirts of Clarens into the reserve area.
Full marks to Grace.
The heaters were switch on to warm the rooms when I arrived. There are gas heaters if it's loadshedding. The fireplace was packed, ready to be used.

Wonderful, relaxing and then to top it all we had the lovely Grace to host us! Gracie's cottage is clean, has all the necessary amenities and is well located close enough to the centre of town and even closer to the trail hikes my wife and I enjoy.
Little hidden gem. We were also able to bring our little dog with us, which made the trip even more special. Grace was a great host and the cottage had everything we needed.
Great experience, definitely to be recommended! The guest house is well located in close proximity to mountainous hiking trails; the Clarence Square can be reached by foot. The accommodation is clean, fresh and spacious with comfortable and well-maintained furniture. The host is awesome and we had a great time in Clarens!

Cosy, well-appointed cottage in the heart of Clarens. Cosy little cottage, well situated to explore Clarens (the town and the surrounding walking paths). The cottage had everything we needed and more! Can highly recommend to anyone wanting to self-cater and enjoy a get-away!
Lovely, relaxed and comfortable stay. Lovely stay. Grace was a very attentive hostess and the cottage was really cosy, with a proper fireplace, which was great for the cold nights.
This facility and visit calls for a repeat. Our stay at Gracie's was memorable and will return there again on a next visit. The hostess went out of her way to make it as comfortable and pleasant as possible for us. Warm and friendly welcome. A 5 star plus rating. Place is painfully neat and clean. Spacious and well-equipped for a self-catering unit with a nice barbecue patio and area. Well located with secure parking.
Peaceful, relax. Very nice place to stay, close to the Nature Reserve gate, for those who love to hike, run trails, and bicycle.
Comfort, neat, clean and between the most beautiful mountains. It is a particularly comfortable and extremely neat cottage. Everything you need is there. Grace is incredibly hospitable and yes, the rusks are as delicious as everyone says.
Grace was very friendly, helpful and responsive and sent lots of helpful info before our stay.
Her place is in a lovely quiet part of town and makes for a nice walk into the town square and back.
We felt at home there for Christmas and it was lovely to chill in the peace and quiet on the comfy couches and build a puzzle which was left out for us, it was so relaxing!
Our furkid loved the garden to sniff about and was also quite at home there.
